Introduction La Feria de abril is a festival held in Seville. The festival is in April. It is a week of dancing, singing, eating and drinking. The festival in English is called Seville's April fair.

In Spanish the Monday night is known as “ La Noche del Pescaito” in English it means “Fish Night” its an evening where everyone eats fish for dinner. Ater dinner people go for the portada which is a beautiful structure at the entrance to the feria where loads of lights are switched on by thr the mayor of Seville at midnight.then after that they go to the caseta and have a party.

When???The festival officially starts on Monday at midnight , normally 2 weeks after Semana Santa which is also known as holy week. It was first celebrated in 1847.

The people who go there are the people of Seville.
What???
