The Association between Prescription Opioid Limitation Laws and Suicide Outcomes: Project

examines the relationship between state prescription opioid limitation laws and fatal suicide outcomes

in the U.S. population and nonfatal suicide outcomes (including attempts and ideation) in the

commercially insured population.

Opioid Litigation in the U.S.: Evolution, Characteristics, and Outcomes: Project examines the

trajectory of cases filed in the opioid litigation, to understand trends in geographic, party, claim, and

other features of the cases over time. It also examines the association between opioid

morbidity/mortality risk factors and opioid litigation characteristics.

The Opioid Policy, Technology, & Implementation Center for Research Excellence: Opioid

Abatement Strategies: Administrative supplement identifies evidence-based and other promising

emerging policies to prevent opioid misuse and addiction among adults and youth, and to mitigate

harms to children of adults with opioid misuse and addiction. The resulting compendium will serve

as a litigation resource for abatement strategies.

Act affect delivery-related health outcomes, as well as utilization of and spending on mental health-

related and overall health services.

Legalization: Study seeks to understand how the intergenerational transmission of the substance use

Heroin Use and Overdose Following Changes to Individual-Level Opioid Prescribing: Project

using secondary commercial claims data and qualitative interviews.
