Two classes in a high school, with merchant-seller specialization, level 3, max. 60 apprentices

Target: 8th grade graduates

Apprenticeship: involvement of the company in school Curriculum, Framework Contract between company and school, Practice Contract between school, student and company, Scholarship Contract between company and student

Duration: 3 years 1st year 20% company, 80% school 2nd year 60% company, 40% school 3rd year 72% company, 28% school

First dual education pilot project in Bucharest in commercial field

400 lei - state (200 lei) and companies (200 lei)Monthly scholarship during schooling for all apprentices:

Priority employment after graduation

Focus on practical training

Supporting apprentices with outstanding results in further education

Diploma recognized nationally and internationally

The active involvement of companies in selection, training and examination processes, curriculum
