Honey, an online coupon company, expanded its operations to the former Coca-Cola building. Occupying 130,000 SF, the fast-growing tech company moved to the Arts District instead of Silicon Beach.

Resident is an authentic neighborhood bar boasting an intimate entertainment and live music space along with a lush green, outdoor beer garden. Patrons can also enjoy specialty cocktails, all served from a 1954 Spartan trailer.

Opened in 2016, the half-acre pocket park includes a children’s playground, a mural wall and a bandshell-style shade structure that covers what can serve as a performance area. There are also benches and tables..

Barker Block is a unique living concept in the Arts District. It brings modern design and amenities to an original Angeleno warehouse in the heart of one of the city’s most authentic neighbor-hoods.

La Kretz Innovation Campus is a 60,000 SF creative campus for clean tech start-ups. A hub for entrepreneurs, engineers and policy-makers, the campus includes 3.2 acres full of facilities, offices, con-ference rooms and labs.

Tonic Bar specializes in handcrafted beverages, kombucha, organic cold brew, and hot coffee. Tonic drinks, smoothies and an assortment of organic snacks are also available.

Lost Spirits started as a highly creative and modernist distillery in Monterey County in 2010. In 2017 the new Los An-geles facility opened it's doors. The new re-imagined distillery offers tastings and tours.

The new all-encompassing Duello will be both a bar and restaurant in one, and will be overseen by chef Jason Beber-man, who hails from Empellon in New York City. Cocktails will be overseen by Edinburgh’s Iain McPherson.
