Having a usp in Landscape Design with Execu-on for residen-al, commercial, ins-tu-onal, retail,etc. Deval Kadakia is the Principal Architect of the firm. She completed her B. Arch from Academy of Architecture Mumbai. ThereaJer she went on to get a M.Arch in Landscape Architecture from the University of Sheffield, UK. Post masters, she gained professional experience for almost 8 years at renowned design firms such as Tala- and Panthaky Associated and Kapadia Associates Pvt. Ltd. Sahil Kadakia heads Business Development and Project Execu-on in the firm. He completed his Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics) from Fr. Agnel (Bandra) Mumbai. Post that he has been an Entrepreneur running a successful Distribu-on & Supply Business in the Mumbai. We, at d&s designs excel in crea-ng simple yet dynamic, comfortable and func-onal spaces. Landscaping §  d & s designs plans, designs and develops land area into formal and informal hard and soft landscapes. §  With a professional touch we help to achieve functional, visually pleasing & a perfect scheme for the proposed site area. §  Our forte lies in conceptualizing, executing and maintaining any hard or soft landscapes through the following stages: • Concept design Meeting with the client to understand the requirement of the project. Analyse site conditions and environmental factors. Prepare concept drawings and sketches for review and approval. • Design Development Finalising the Concept design. Preparing preliminary sections Deciding materials, elcetrical points etc. • Documentation & Working Drawings Preparing relevant working drawings, good for execution including: Layout Plan, Plantation Plan, Lighting Plan and all other detail drawings. • Execution & Supervision Coordinating work at site Supervision to make sure work is done as per drawings and to best quality • Post Project We also offer maintenance of the site for upto 3 months, over and above our design and execution services.
