• The farmers can lose their crops• It can make cracks in the ground• It can make the soil dry

• Avoid using too much water after a drought hits

• Don’t go outside

• Water vapor is created and then lost• Some people usually don’t see droughts when

they cross roads • In hot weather liquid turns into water vapor
