With the MX125 and high-capacity MX240, Vermeer offers two efficient, quality mixing systems for your horizontal directional drilling (HDD) needs.

Both models feature a modular design, with a variety of mounting options for compatibility with differing trailer configurations.

The MX125 has both 300 gal (1135.6 L) and 500 gal (1892.7 L) mixing tank options with either a gas or diesel engine to help meet your preferences. Just 22” (55.8 cm) wide at the base, the MX125 is the narrowest 500 gal (1892.7 L) capacity drilling fluid system available – ideal for comfortable side-by-side trailer transport with a drill.

The MX240 offers quick mixing despite higher volumes of drilling fluid on larger diameter and long distance HDD jobsites. Choose between a 750 gal (2839.1 L) and 1000 gal (3785.4 L) mixing tank – both options allow for injection of liquid drilling additives directly into the tank or hopper.

4: Slim fit. The MX125 [500 gal (1892.7 L) option only] features a narrow profile for easy side-by-side trailer transport with a HDD.

5: Start your engines. The MX125 is available with either a 5.5 hp (4.1 kW) Honda gas engine or 6.7 hp (5 kW) Hatz diesel engine, while the MX240 features either a 25 hp (18.6 kW) Kohler CH25 or a 22 hp (16.4 kW) Hatz 2G40 engine option.
