Document Outlines
Create MS Word outlines – 1 per PP
I directly copied the PP as the outline and added my applicable experience
Deleted the areas where/when they were not applicable
Edit/Get to them when you can – chip away slowly
Print off and review
Consider non-bcp folks to review contentExample – Middle school English Teacher
Document Outlines
Break the document into 2 sections1) What YOU did – State what you did in your own words (Section A)
2) How YOU did it – State what you did in your own words (Section B)
Qualification Document Additional document that paints the picture of your qualifications
Again in your own words with no less than 200 words
Document Outlines Process
I named each by the applicable PP - PP1_Ray Seid, PP2_Ray Seid, etc.
I emailed each draft version to my home email for a backup copy
