That is Czech for "Thank You." Those words in any language are toosmall to express the appreciation of our hearts for your partnership in theGospel.

Philippians 1:3 I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, 4 always inevery prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, 5 because ofyour partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.

Because of your prayers and generosity we are able to be here in theCzech Republic. We are seeing God bring people to faith in Christ Jesus. In this last year we have witnessed over 25 individuals personally trust inChrist Jesus as Savior. Many of these have had little or no spiritualbackground.

Every time we get to share the love of Jesus, you are a part. You aretouching lives you have never met. But one day when you meet inheaven, it is going to be amazing to see how God has woven our manylives together in such a beautiful tapestry of His grace. Thank you for yourpartnership. Here is a brief glimpse of some recent lives that weretouched. A Revival among the Roma -The Roma people are often lookeddown on and discriminated againsteven by some of the existing churchesin Europe. This last month we had thejoy of baptizing a wonderful couple whoare Roma Gypsies. This preciousfamily had been turned away by anestablished Czech church after theycame to faith in Christ. With ourdiverse congregation we have a uniqueopportunity to partner with many different works happening here in theCzech Republic. This family came to Christ through the witness of somedear friends who are IMB Missionaries, as they shared the love and life ofJesus with them. The International Mission Board has numerousmissionaries that are part of our congregation. We get to work along sideof them and their families as they target unreached people groups here inPrague. The Roma is one people group among which God is movinggreatly. It was such a joy to share this baptism together and be a smallpart of what God is doing in reaching all peoples with the gospel.

So when you get to heaven and some one comes up to you and says"Dekuji," you will know that they are one of the lives you touched inPrague.

A Beautiful Surprise inthe midst of

Discouragement.

The last several weeks have been

pretty hard for Becky. She has has

numerous seizures. She is on new

medicine but it is only having

limited effectiveness. And the side

effects have left her incredibly

exhausted and discouraged.

Today she was able to take a brief

walk. It was the first time out of the

flat for her except to go to the doctor

or for our visa appointment. During

our walk we ran into a group of

homeless that we have had in our

home and met together with many

times. When they saw Becky they

An International Café.

We are called to make followers of Jesus. If we want people toknow Him, love Him and follow Him, we need to do ministry as Hedid. We are to continue to do the works the Son of Man came to doby the Power of the Holy Spirit. There are 3 definitive statements in the Gospels that contain thephrase “The Son of Man came…” These statements reflect JesusMission, Ministry and Method that we are to follow. Jesus Mission - Luke 19:10: For the Son of Man came to seek andto save the lost. Jesus Ministry - Mark 10:45: For even the Son of Man came not tobe served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Jesus Method - Matthew 11:19: The Son of Man came eating anddrinking, and they say, Look at him! A glutton and a drunkard, afriend of tax collectors and sinners! Yet wisdom is justified by herdeeds. As followers of Jesus we must embrace His mission, serve otherslike Him in ministry and follow His method of radical hospitality toshare the gospel. Jesus’ wisdom was revealed in His method andwe must practice love and grace as He did to fulfill His mission.

Jesus method was brilliant. By practicing radical hospitality andeating with "sinners," Jesus broke down the barriers andexpectations that keep so many from discovering how much Godloves them. He went to them and entered their world. We want touse the same methods to connect with Internationals and Czech'shere in Prague. For the church to be salt and light to our world wehave to go where they are and form relationships with them. One

came alive with joy. They have

missed her so much. In fact Andros,

who has been a staunch atheist cried

out "hallelujah." They had a

Christmas Card and the gift of this

angel figurine for Becky that they

were so excited to give her. It will be

one of our most precious possessions

because of the incredible love

with which it was given.

Becky's absence over the last several

weeks has caused her to become

even more precious to them. Through

her they have seen the love of Jesus,

and God is using simple acts of love

to draw them to Himself. It was an

incredible lift to Becky's spirits.

Tomorrow we get to take them to pick

out some winter shoes and a coat as

our Christmas gift to them. It will be

one of the highlights of our Christmas

celebration and we hope to have them

over this week for a meal and to sing

some carols together.

Today's simple outing was beautiful

reminder that God is still working even

when we are not able to be as

"productive" as we would think we

should be.

Prayer Needs

Praise - Our 2 year visa has beenapproved and we received ourresidence biometric cards on Friday. That is a huge accomplishment andwe are so thankful that God hasopened the door for us to be able tocontinue the work.

Medical Needs - Our amazing God

way we can do that is to make our gathering and work place a"Cafe" where people can sit across the table from one another andform relationships with lost people. Our ministry target isInternationals who are living away from home. By having aCafe environment that caters to their interests and has events andactivities designed for their needs we will have huge opportunities toshare the love and truth of Christ with those who would never entera church service. Café Purpose:The purpose of the International Café is to provide a place toconnect with the lost, serve others as followers of Christ and to usethe hospitality of Jesus to show others His love, grace and truth. Please pray for God's direction and provision to turn this vision intoa viable tool for connecting with people. We also ask you to pray fora Partner couple to come and help with the outreaches that will behosted at the Cafe. We are looking for a missionary couple to comeand serve with our Youth Ministry and this new Cafe outreach herein Prague. If you know someone with a passionate desire to investin the lives of lost people and a heart for internationals have themcontact us.

Our Ministry Vision:We follow Jesus by Loving God, Living Truth, and Giving Graceto those around us so that they may know Jesus.Grace defined how Jesus loved.
