The bad energy or dreams are then pulled to the feathers

Once the sunrise and sunlight hits the feathers the bad energy and dreams disappear

FIRST Put your name on the rims back and put these numbers evenly space on the back in order shown here

Decorate your plate RIM

Fold in half like a taco

Make a small snip

Cut out along the circle Rim of the plate

Put through hole 1 and tap it to back of plate

Go through the number two hole next

Then go through the three hole.. And so on..
