Serosurvey of Brucellosis in Human

exposed to dairy cattle , conducted by

Department of Medical Research (DMR),

Ministry of Health (MOH).

-Cultivation and identification of the

organism from Cow’s milk sample.

-DMR is still doing in confirmatory

diagnosis of Brucellosis in Human .

Training / Seminar-participate in JICA ADC Phase II

project, Training of Trainers for Staff of

Mandalay Regional Veterinary

Laboratory and township veterinary

officers from Pyin Oo Lwin and

Amarapura Township for implementing

the Diagnosis and Active Surveillance of

Brucellosis Diseases.

-Involve Seminar on the awareness

program for the prevention and control of

brucellosis at Sheep and Goat Fair.
