Program
Dear Parents: Welcome to the start of a new school year and
another year of A+ School Rewards. Starting October 6, 2011,
through March 29, 2012, Seekonk High School will have the
opportunity to earn cash through Stop & Shop A+ School Rewards
Program. It only takes a few minutes to register your Stop &
Shop card and become part of the A+ program All you have to do
is:
Log on to www.stopandshop.com/aplus to register online OR
Dial 1-877-275-2758 to register your card over the phone After
you register your card, each shopping trip at Stop & Shop using
your Stop & Shop Card earns CASH for our school! Each month,
the amount of CASH awarded will be updated on the Stop & Shop
website. You can track the amount of points you earn for our school
by checking your grocery receipt and online when you create an
account at www.stopandshop.com. Our school will receive a check at
the end of the program. The money can be used for any of our
school’s educational needs. Remember, even if you registered your
card last year, you must re-register this year for our school to
receive credit. Attending to this simple process makes a HUGE
difference to our school. We need your support. Please be sure to
register your card to benefit HMS using ID # 07074.
Please encourage your friends and relatives to register also so
our school will benefit.
Edline Edline is an easy way for parents to keep-up-to-date
online with their child’s grades. Once you have activated your

to view information about your child’s classes. Edline is available
for all grades and classes at Hurley Middle School this year. Your
child has received his/her Edline account and parents have been
issued their Edline account information at Open house. If you have
not received your activation code please contact your child’s
guidance counselor: Mrs. Czech – teams 6 Red, 8 Orange and 8 White

Hurley's Heroes team for the Making
Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. This is the third year our
team will participate. In our first year, we had 65 participants
and last year we had 110 walkers consisting of students, parents,
staff members and others. We raised over $6000 in those first two
years to be donated to the American Cancer Society! These funds are
used for research and to help with treatment and support of breast
cancer patients and their families. This year’s walk will take
place in the early morning on October 30th at Roger Williams Park.
More information and sign up sheets for students will be available
next week. In the meantime, please take a look at our website
(where you can make a donation or sign up to be part of our team):
