Dr Anjan Ray, Director, IIP Dehradun visited CSIR-NEIST Jorhat during 14 th – 15 th February, 2017. During the presentation by a few of the scientists of CSIR-NEIST Jorhat at MS Iyenger Hall, Dr Ray talked about the strategies to be adopted for collaborative work with CSIR sister laboratories including IIP Dheradun and also with Industries partner in Oil and Petrochemical fields. Dr Ray shared his experience of working in MNC in the fields of Oil, Petrochemical, Energy and Environment and also opined the expectation of industries and Government from CSIR Labs. Dr Ray made personal interaction and motivated individual scientists during his visit to all the Divisions of the institute.
