• There are 529 publicly maintained parking spaces available to the general public in Downtown Auburn. – 358 metered spaces – 18 handicapped spaces (free) – 153 leased spaces

• Additionally, there are 18 public parking spaces at City Hall and 33 spaces for employees and city vehicles.

• Subsurface utilities relocation required. • Existing parking deck is not efficient.

– Vertical and horizontal expansion of the existing deck presents challenges.

• Conceptual layouts provided footprints accommodating between 500 to 700 spaces.

• Preliminary cost estimates of between $15,000 to $17,000 per space.
