OUR PROCESS.Identify the goal.

Create the strategy.

Realize the results.

We work with each client to identify the goal, or understand the challenge and the best solution to answer that challenge. We then create a strategy, or outline the plan that will lead to the best possible result. Then we DO IT. We put our expert team of 16 on the task and bring the project to life. Finally, we realize the result; or, simply put, deliver results. There are multiple differences about HPMG’s process - here are a couple: WE HAVE A TRULY EXPERT TEAM WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR SUCCESS.

Justin W. Hill, HPMG Founder & CEO, is an entrepreneur, musician, and marketer that has worked with Grammy, Emmy, Tony, CMA, ACM, and Oscar Award winning talent over a career that has spanned nearly 20 years. With a tremendous work ethic and an eye for the “IT” factor, Justin continues to bring projects to life for businesses, organizations, entertainers, and more around the world through his work at Hill Productions & Media Group, Inc. As a sought after consultant he has worked with Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA), Main Street Iowa, and Indian Hills Community College Entrepreneurial Center.

Previously Justin served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and then Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a Midwest-based IT firm for six years. From 2013-2016 Justin worked as the Creative Director on the team that received national attention by the Wall Street Journal and other publications for development of the workforce management software application, “Tymeshift”, which is a product now used in over 2,000 businesses worldwide.

Diana Upton-Hill is nearly a household name. Her credits in theater and music include roles in major theatrical productions, Billboard radio play, and appearances with regional and national symphony orchestras. Still, she finds a great deal of joy in her time as VP of the company and as Senior Project Manager, working closely with the HPMG team of creatives, crafting content for client projects and teaching workshops. Her passions also include tourism, historic preservation, and economic development. Diana holds the distinction of being one of the longest-serving Bloomfield Main Street Directors, as well as achieving Jack Kent Cooke Scholar status while graduating at the top of her class from Truman State University with a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance.

With degrees in Pharmaceutical Technology, Criminology, & Criminal Justice Michael’s background includes a vast array of experience in many technical areas. Having worked as a highly regarded addiction counselor as well as in the criminology field, Michael finds himself at home working in technical and procedural consulting at HPMG as well as leading the company in the Chief Operating Officer role. As a project manager he works daily with clients with a meticulous eye for detail.

Above all else, however, Michael notes himself as a family man. With 3 children and wife, Ashley, they keep busy spending time at school and church events year round.

OUR CULTURE.The culture at HPMG is carefully cultivated by the entire team. It’s important we enjoy our work, our work space, and each other, while still producing the highest level of result for our clients. Throughout the year we have special events including live music in our Purple Bird Cafe, catered lunches weekly, “Inspiration” trips for our creative team, and ongoing training and discussion on relevant topics. We truly like each other and work as one, in a space that is comfortable, professional, yet relaxed at the same time.
