Software Outsourcing Service: for IBM since 2002, for Japanese and

European clients since 2005.

Revenue: growth at 50% Year-on-Year (1.5$m in 2008).

VSII is a top-ten of the software suppliers in Vietnam.

VSII has key customers (IBM since 2002, Ryobi Systems since 2006,

Microsoft in 2008, joint-venture with a Danish partner since 2008)
