Reasons for Requesting to drop the Gujarati Medium Class

Every year around 30-35 students plead for getting transferred from Gujarati medium to English medium

If the transfer is not granted, they opt for other colleges

The levels of sincerity in the Gujarati medium students are found wanting

The Gujarati medium students carry a feeling of inferiority in an English medium college

Page 43: Download [5.34 MB]

43

Reasons for Requesting to grant an Extra English Medium Class

Our college had been granted an extra English medium class by GU way back in 2014. However, due the term-end of the previous VC and the appointment of the new one, it could not materialize at that time.

The location of our college is near South-Bopal, Bopal, Pralhad-nagar and SG highway wherein a very cosmopolitan crowd resides. The students here want admission in English medium. Further there are not many other commerce colleges in this locality.
