Dough Balls Weigh out 225g strong white flour into bowl Add 1 packet of dried yeast and pinch of salt Gradually pour in the water, mix with palette knife Bring mixture together with your hands to form a dough Knead the dough for approx 5 mins or until smooth and elastic Roll into a long log divide into 10–12 equal pieces Roll each piece into a ball and place on baking tray Brush each dough ball with garlic butter Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden Place on cooling rack and leave to cool 2 3 4 5 7 8 9 10 11 12 6 1 Put 125ml WARM water into a jug (hand hot) Preheat oven 200c We will be using the same dough again to make pizza!
