GENERAL INVESTMENT INCENTIVE
Exemption and Reduction on Income Tax: Income Tax from
10% -17% (2016) for 10-15 years, tax examtion for 2 - 4 years
and 50% reduction of payable tax amounts for 4 - 9
subsequent years (depend on field and geographical area of
the project);
Ten out of 12 administrative units (except for Cao Lanh and Sa
Dec city) are prioritised investment regions where investors
are offered more preferences like longer tax break terms,
lower tax rates.
Investors invest in agriculture and rural development, will be
granted more incentives provided in the Government Decree
210/2013/NĐ-CP on encourage enterprises to invest in
agriculture and rural areas.
