The IVC Group will be exhibiting some striking innovations and developments at the Domotex trade fair (17 – 20 January 2015) in Hannover, Germany. Four brands, each with their own target group, will be presenting their new collections, fresh designs, improved placement techniques and major sustainability advances. The IVC Group has also taken some significant measures to ensure a green future. Vinyl or laminate. Residential and commercial applications. IVC Group constantly aims to make improvements and find new features on a technical and an aesthetic level. The results of that research can soon be admired at the Domotex trade fair in Germany. LEOLINE Leoline, the IVC Group’s residential vinyl roll collection, will present 7 new collections in January. Four of these will be based on a single theme: PLAY. Home interiors can be more cheerful again, so we play a lot with colours and patterns. The main highlight is Kaleido, a collection in 8 colours that use the available light to create a surprising diamond effect on the floor. The Bubblegum and Liquorice collection focuses on playful design ideal for kids and teenagers: letters, street maps, jigsaw pieces, paint splashes, etc. The continuing retro revival in the tile industry is the subject of the new Cube-It collection, which aims to strike a balance between form, structure and colour. If you are crazy about bright colours, you will love the Blush collection in white, black or grey but also colours like lush lime, pretty pink and posh purple. With its protective PU coating, the Blush collection is suitable for residential customers as well as stand builders or event agencies. Besides the ‘Play’ theme, Leoline will also be showing its updated Ultimate Oak collection. Two new designs – Cambrai (in different board widths) and Nebbiolo (in 25 cm wide boards) – complete the existing range of traditional oak wood designs. The final 2 collections are ‘Alice’ and ‘Concreto’. Alice is a completely new collection of 5 brand-new, infinite decors ranging from marble to wool and wood. This romantic, dreamy collection is based on the fantasy world of Alice in Wonderland with nothing but the skyline as a joint. In contrast, the more rugged, concrete look of Concreto offers a beautiful colour palette. The new Scripto design in this collection caters to the emerging trend of using letters and text in interiors. MODULEO

From January, Moduleo will be presenting its ‘Next Generation’ vision of flooring designs, installation, service and green commitment. The bar has been raised further since Moduleo’s successful launch 3 years ago. More than half the residential Select collection and commercial Transform collection has been updated. More than 90 options are available in wood and stone designs. Impress puts the spotlight on innovation with unique embossing in register that really makes you see and feel the natural knots and grain of the wood. It is not just the design that has been updated; the placement techniques have also evolved, with developments like LockXpress, a click system that locks in place with twice the strength. Investments in infrastructure and service include the establishment of a high-rise warehouse in Belgium and a new plant in the US. We gladly direct you to the extensive press file ‘Moduleo Next Generation’

ITECStrong and durable, but stylish nonetheless. That is the message the new Itec collection Concept Ultimate wishes to convey. Concept Ultimate offers vinyl flooring for contract applications. The patterns in this collection range from traditional and modern parquet to modern textures as well as gravel, terrazzo and fresh all-overs. Its colour options range from neutral grey or brown to shades of red, green, orange, yellow and blue. The floor is easy to maintain and ideal for frequently used spaces in retirement homes, nursing homes, student accommodation, renovated and new build apartments, shops, offices, etc. The extremely compact backing ensures minimum residual indentation and the 0.70 mm wear layer has been further strengthened with a polyurethane layer to make the flooring suitable for intensive use. Specifically for applications in the healthcare industry, Concept Ultimate received extra antifungal and antibacterial treatment. The floor is available on standard rolls 2 and 4 m wide.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY FUTUREAs a rapidly growing company, the IVC Group is keen to look towards the future. The group strongly focuses on an energy-efficient production process and a sustainable range. At the end of 2014, the IVC Group activated a brand-new wind farm with 3 wind turbines that meet more than one third of the annual energy consumption of the industrial installations in Avelgem. Another interesting fact is that the IVC Group uses the surface water of the nearby river Scheldt in a closed circuit to keep its production cooling water at the right temperature. This has significantly reduced energy consumption without any impact on the local fauna and flora. The IVC Group also streamlines its waste and recycling processes. For its Balterio laminate flooring, the group only uses wood from sustainably managed forests. Moduleo flooring contains up to 50% recycled materials. This makes it possible to have all the plant’s vinyl waste enter the production process again. Social corporate responsibility is also a priority to the US plant: it has more than 450 solar panels that generate 10,000 kWh of green electricity per year, enough to power its entire fleet of electric forklifts. It also recycles all its plastic waste into car floor mats.
