Occupation/Professional Goals: I have electrical engineering BSc degree in the field of radiocommunications and professional electronics. During the first years of my professional career I worked as field technician-engineer on the installation and maintenance of both analog and digital television and radio transmitters. Later on, I worked in the engineering department making calculations for the antenna systems and projects for the replacement of the analog transmitters to the digital ones. I also shortly worked in the optics department making projects concerning the implementation of the new optical infrastructure. After that, I worked closely with sales department connecting the technical and sales departments, in the field of leasing the company's infrastructure and technical equipment. Today, I work in the support of joint projects in my employer company's department, Installation and Maintenance, Transmitters & Communications Ltd, Zagreb, Croatia. My professional goal is to advance higher - all the way to the top - within the hierarchy of my company, in order I can make it much bigger, more successful and more stable on the market, so I may help the people neglected for years fully present their true potential. Why work with IQ: In my professional field I work with people with different abilities, different IQ levels. I noticed gifted people are no less ambitious than other people around them - but something within them prevented them to be more visible when opportunity to advance arises - they were more quiet and less aggressive. And that costs them, a lot. I think it is important that we know ourselves in order to know what our strengths and weaknesses are, and knowing your potential - your mental potential, your IQ - is a first step in that direction! Statement for the World: Don't let missunderstanding, or the fear from people who do not understand problems of gifted people, undermine your hard work and dedication. Family and friends are very important. So, be kind and helpful. Be supportive, and then everything you do will return with blessings.
