1.7. Implementation of PFMS and level upto which implemented:

1.8. Status of convergence with other schemes and year wise expenditure incurred through convergence in Andhra Pradesh:

The GoI has communicated Minutes of meeting held by the PFMS authorities on 29th January, 2015 to discuss various issues pertaining to implementation of IWMP on PFMS Portal. In the meeting, based on the thorough analysis by the Director, DoLR, it was decided mutually that Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States were permitted to continue to use the existing e-FMS developed by the M/s.TCS, Hyderabad. Further it is indicated that these States can share the data as required by PFMS for MIS purpose as per the format communicated by PFMS, But till date no communication received from the PFMS on data exchange between PFMS & e-FMS. The SLNA-Andhra Pradesh vide Lr.No.186/SLNA/Accts/PFMS/2014, Dt.09.03.2015 & 20.06.2018 has requested the DoLR to nominate a technical person to coordinate and develop the interface module to synchronize data between e-FMS and PFMS applications automatically on regular intervals. The same is still awaited.

Out of 68 blocks identified by GoI as water stressed blocks in 9 districts of Andhra Pradesh, among 16 blocks in 4 districts(Anantapuramu, Chittoor, Guntur & YSR-Kadapa) PMKSY-WDC programme is being implementing under Batch IV & V projects.
