Description/Scope: Multi-yearproject to construct a new Administration Building for 3,700people. Supporting facilitiesinclude extension of East Campus utilities, integralmechanical plant, and parkingstructure. Project is to beconstructed to LEED Silvercertification standards
Description/Scope: Construct a 9,765 LF Antiterrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) compliant fence, Access Control Points, and Intrusion-detection system along the Joint Base Myer - Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) side of perimeter segment between JBM-HH and the Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). The ANC current stone wall, which does not meet current ATFP standards, is the western perimeter border between JBMHH and ANC.
Reece Road Access Control Point (ACP)Fort Meade, MD
Description/Scope: Standard design Access Control Point. Includes Visitor Control Center, Gatehouse, Guard Booths, Search/Sentry Office, inspection canopies, roadways, parking, lighting, traffic control signals, passive and active vehicle barriers with comprehensive control systems, widening existing roadways and intersections, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System, electronic Security System and Energy Monitoring Control systems connection.
Description/Scope: Construct a multi-story approximately172,000 SF General Instruction Building (GIB) andsupporting infrastructure for the U.S.Army War College (USAWC), CarlisleBarracks, Carlisle, PA. Project includes: four large lecture halls which can beconverted into a 600 person auditorium,seminar rooms divisible into break-outrooms and various configurations,conference rooms, private instructoroffices, counseling rooms,library/resource center/computer lab,administrative offices, reception areas.
