Galliford Try Partnerships endeavor to use environmental friendly mate-rials that have Environmental Management System certification for both key and supply chain processes as well as utilising build elements that are assessed under the green guide.
We require our suppliers to provide relevant Environmental System cer-tification and chain of custody certification for all materials with prefer-ence given to those materials that achieve High Tier level accreditation.
Where Galliford Try Partnerships can affect the design, preference will be given to element materials that achieve the higher levels of the BRE Green Guide (C to A+) which rates them on overall environmental im-pact including deemed embodied carbon content.
Where possible the materials selected for inclusion in our projects must prove robustness in quality, are hard wearing and have minimal envi-ronmental impact.
All of our timber is legally sourced with relevant chain of custody certifi-cation.
