your skill set Demonstrate several core facilitating skills in a
peer role play & simulated patient interview Demonstrate steps 1-5 of the partial PCI/DCI
with limited ROS in a simulated patient interview with a standardized patient (SP) presenting with dysuria (see peer RP and FON checklist)

Begin to appreciate how the medical history and exam is communicated in a SOAP note.
List the elements of a SMART goal (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely). A SMART goal defines the how, when, where, with whom, how many times you are going to practice.
