Do you have so many operators within your facility that having anoutside contractor come in to conduct all the operator training isnot cost effective? Using an experienced operator to conducttraining is a common practice in industry. Will that individualpass on any bad habits in the process?

Think back to your state sponsored road test for your driver’slicense, do you still drive a motor vehicle as you did for the stateexaminer? Most people would have to say no. Habits both goodand bad become a part of our day to day lives before we areeven aware of them.

This course will give the potential trainers not only the requisiteinformation but also instructional skills for presenting informa-tion before groups of people.
