Her parents are really angry about her grades and are threatening to ground her if things don't improve. Her boyfriend is angry and threatening to break up with her if she doesn't spend some time with him. She doesn't know what to do and is tired of trying. She has lost all hope and is thinking of committing suicide. She has even thought of a plan. Where could she find help?

4. Lucie has noticed that her best friend, Janetta, has a lot of bruises on her arms and legs. Whenever she asks about them, Janetta just says that she fell down or got them playing soccer. One day, Lucie notices that Janetta has a black eye. When she asks about it, Janetta starts crying and says that her mom hit her. How could Lucie help Janetta find help?
