M UNh chng ta bit, nhin liu ha thch v ang ng vai tr ht sc quan
trng. Bn cnh nhng u im vt tri, nhin liu ha thch ngy cng bc l nhiu
im hn ch: khng c kh nng ti sinh, nhim mi trng v vic ph thuc qu
nhiu vo loi nhin liu ny ang gy ra nhng bt n v kinh t, chnh tr. Thc t t
ra nhu cu cp thit cn phi tm ngun nhin liu thay th cho nhin liu ha thch. Rt

m bo thp hot ng tt nhit , p sut khng nh hn hay ln hn nhit , p
sut ti a np liu.
- Ti u lu lng dng dung mi MEG khi c nh dng nguyn liu ethanol.- Ti u Distillate Rate hay ti u lu lng dng ra nh thp.
- Ti u ch s hi lu ca thp Extractive.
2.3 Tnh ton thit b
Tnh ton cc thng s c bn ca thp CO2 wash, thp hot ng tch CO2 v
hp th tt c cc ru.

CHNG 3: M PHNG QU TRNH CNG NGH
3.1 M phng qu trnh x l sn phm ca qu trnh ln men tinh bt sn
xut ru Ethanol3.1.1 qu trnh m phng
Sau qu trnh ln men, sn phm Ethanol chng ta thu c ch yu l nc v
Ethanol v nhiu nhng tp cht nh: Metanol, 1-Propanol, 2-Propanol, Axit axetic, 1-
Butanol, 3-metyl-butanol-1, 2-Pentanol v CO2. Trong qu trnh x l ny chng ta cn
loi b cc tp cht thu c sn phm hn hp ng ph ca Ethanol v nc. Qu
trnh thit lp m phng bng Hysys cho qu trnh x l ny bao bm nhng bc sau:
u tin chng ta chn m hnh cho qu trnh m phng ny l NRTL. Nhp 3
dng nguyn liu l dng nc, hi nc v dng sn phm ca qu trnh sau khi lnmen sn xut ethanol iu kin mi trng [2] (chi tt xem ph lc 4.12). Dng sn
