Two-thirds of engineering has changed. More a matter of
turnover than a change in the numbers.
Scheduling factory activity is more challenging with fewer
workers but the same published load times.
I'M THE ONLY ONE LEFT.
I had to soak up as much knowledge from outgoing
engineers as possible so as not to lose corporateknowledge.
I lost several engineers that worked for me on one of my
projects. One was laid off and two left the company on their
own to find better opportunities.
