MOTION TO DISMISS AMENDED COMPLAINT

Before the Court is Defendants Dallas Museum of Art, Harry S. Parker, III, George

Charlton, and Irvin Levys (collectively, DMA Defendants) Motion to Dismiss Amended

Complaint and Brief in Support (Doc. No. __), filed June 9, 2011. Having considered the

Motion, Plaintiffs Response, DMA Defendants Reply, and the applicable law, the Court is of

the opinion that DMA Defendants Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint should be and

hereby is GRANTED.

Therefore it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff Arnold Leon Schroeder, Jr. take nothing

by his lawsuit against DMA Defendants, and that Plaintiffs claims against the DMA Defendants

are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
