Camera setting

Press up/down to adjust the height of the Camera1. Lower the Camera

*The height of the camera should be parallel to your eye level.

Background setting

Click “Sign in”.

(Don’t change the default Username & Password)

1. On the Setting and Recording notebook PC, open Chrome browser

2. Click “Sign in” (Don’t change the default Username & Password)

If you had changed the Username / Password accidentally, you can close the

browser and reopen the “Chrome” browser again.

3. Remove furniture or other object shown on the screen 4. Click “Refresh Background”

If you need the furniture in your video, you can place the furniture back to the

shooting area after “Refresh background”

3. Open your PowerPoint file, click “Slideshow”

On your Apple Device,

1. Scroll down the Control Center

2. Tap “Screen Mirroring”, select “DIYSTUDIO”

3. On your device, enter the 4-digit

authentication code display at Monitor 1

Audio setting

Switch on power of the Receivers and the Clip Mics

Receivers

(On top of the Rack)

Clip Mics

(Pick up from Service Counter)

Press both size at the same

time to open the cover

Press “ON/OFF” button

to switch on

If the receiver/mic run out of battery, please approach Service Counter for new batteries

1a. Connect your USB Drive to the USB (Type-C) slot at the bottom of the Video Capturing Card.

start recording.

to stop recording

4. Remove the SD card

Please remember NOT to leave the SD card in the Video Capturing Card slot

(If you don’t have ZOOM account, you can register a new one using your HKMU email account)

- Switch off the power of both Clip Mics and the Receivers.

- Lift up the Camera

- Switch off the LED fill light

- Turn off the Setting and Recording notebook PC and the DIY Studio notebook PC

- Return the Clip Mics to Service Counter
