George Darrah Drums The Berlin 1870 Town Hall presents an afternoon of Dixieland Jazz and Swing by the Seacoast Stompers Sunday, April 28, 2019 2–4pm 12 Woodward Ave, Berlin, MA Sponsored by the Friends of the Library The Seacoast Stompers played monthly for six years at the Acton Jazz Café with a repertoire of hundreds of tunes, mostly from the ‘20s and ’30s. Arrangements are spontaneous and ad lib, in a great variety of styles and tempos from smooth swing to groovy blues and hot driving Dixie. They last appeared at the Berlin Town Hall on April 3 rd , 2016. Admission: donation of any amount $10 suggested Amenities: refreshments & baked goods available Directions: Two miles west of i495 exit 26 on route 62.
