Totally Operational as on 21st June 2003. In 189 days one mission was completed. On the first day publishing we have broken all the records 21st June at morning Bhaskar Group has progressed by creating this event of introducing new Gujarati News paper in to the history of Newspaper. It has introduced its publication through of 4.76 Lacs of copies to its readers and this way the publication was started the one of most important thing to be noted is that right from the beginning of purchasing land to the end of building a huge office it has completed only 189 days.

In last seven years Bhaskar was started 12 Aavruti publication on level help of different Aavruti. It is a big challenge for Bhaskar group to give the training to the selecting as per the their style. These challenges have to complete with best planning. It give the 15 days training to the team by inviting well known challenger and management trainer of the country. The result of this all the study is that the reach the Gujarati newspaper publishes on the earth of Gujarat to the hand of Gujarat people.

From the first day, Divya Bhaskar has using new technology in publication department and published total 14 supplementary in a week with 16 pages new paper everyday. The most attractive thing of their production setup. They are export foreign which are printing colored back to back. This machine can print 6 lacs copies in a day. There are three binding machine for magazine binding. They are facilities for electricity 1000 KVA capacity Dg-Set.

The Supreme Court quashed the orders of the Madhya Pradesh High Court in the Dainik Bhaskar title dispute case in the favour of M/s Dwaraka Prasad Agrawal & Brothers and asked the concerned authorities to restore the status quo that existed on June 29, 1992.

Hemalata Agrawal, who is a daughter of the late Dwaraka Prasad, and also a partner in the firm, expressed satisfaction over the judgement at a press conference in New Delhi last week, and said: "I hope that the judgement of the Supreme Court will be duly implemented in letter and spirit and soon the Registrar of Newspapers in India and the concerned District Magistrate will take suitable and prompt action in the matter."

Dainik Bhaskar was established by Dwarka Prasad Agrawal in 1958 but it was taken over by his son Ramesh Chandra Agrawal and his uncle Bishambar Dayal Aggarwal in 1992 using "fraudulent means" and without the consent of the actual owner, Dwarka Prasad. Following this Dainik Bhaskar was transferred to Writers and Publishers Ltd, a company owned by Ramesh Agrawal. The Supreme Court has now restored the ownership to M/s Dwarka Prasad Agrawal. and Bros.

Before 50 years ago, Bhaskar group established in the firm of one newspaper. Now doing 900 cores Rs of turnover this group is highlight in 80 decades. Sudhir Agrawal, Powan Agrawal and Girish Agrawal they divided their work in different department. The sudhir Agrawal is the M.D of Divya Bhaskar and they do the collection of data and editorial person they check out the all the data are give the different area to collect the work the managing director is the check out and which data will printed in newspaper. He is decided

Another son of Ramesh Agrawal is the Director of the Divya Bhaskar Powan Agrawal. They do the production of the company. He is decided how much investment to invest in production? How much produce the product? Which type of machineries located for the production? He takes all the decision related production process. He responsible for all decision of the production department.

And third son is chairman Girish Agrawal. He is also the Director of the company and he do the marketing work for the company he know about the all production information he also determine about size, quality of the product and his main work is the marketing of the company and he also know about the competition market also. He decides about the setting the price of the product, Advertisement, Personal setting and Sales promotion all this thing are depends on the marketing manager of the company.

The Divya Bhaskar is also appointing the advertising manager. The Sunil Sharma is the all advertisement are collected and then marketing manager are decided to which advertising is more important and Mr. Vishal Sharma is the event marketing manager he doing only work of event.

22. 'Not Confirmed' status means that the Ad has not been paid for. The status will be changed to 'Ad Confirmed' as soon as you pay for the Ad online or as soon as we receive a Demand Draft from you, which ever the case might be.

"The scheme is worth a little over rupees one crore a month, the total number of prizes are 8,000 with a luxury car as its first prize. And it will carry on for at least another four months," says B. B. Shah of Gujarat Samachar. Divya Bhaskar which now claims a circulation of 452,150 copies, had offered its newspaper at Rs. 1.50 with one year rate freeze. It has about 16-18 pages in colour. In comparison, Sandesh has, on an average, 4-6 pages in colour every day. But Patel added: "Very shortly we will be giving our readers 12 pages in colour." Sandesh too has a supplement every day on various subjects. Responds, B. B. Shah of Gujarat Samachar: "There are 6 colour pages in the main issue of Ahmedabad including the front, back and sports pages. We also have 14 colour magazines/supplements running across Monday to Saturday."

But did Sandesh’s strategy of blocking the entry of Divya Bhaskar at the price point of Rs. 1.50 work? Interaction with few key vendors in Gujarat revealed that Sandesh is losing heavily on the number of copies sold. But the newspaper says: "This is absolutely wrong information. Sandesh has not lost any of its circulation."
