He has lodged complaint with the company for the same. The insect can be seen clearly outsid e th e pouch . The officials came to the custoiller 's home after receiving a complaint on their Helpline and they have accepted their mistake. Vishwarajsinh Bagariya of Vankaner Society of Bajarangwadi area, had purchased Amul milk pouch from a nearby shop. Then he lodged a complaint with the company. Vishwaraj has informed that officials have accepted their mistake and agreed to replace the pouch but that he refused to return th e pouch to raise consumer awareness and he is going to file a formal complaint after con s ulting his advocate. Action will be taken against those who have made the mistake More than six lakh Amul milk pouches ar e packed daily at Rajkot Dairy. For this work , cleanliness is e nsured and milk is pa ckaged using automatic machines . The reason for the negligence has been identified and action will be taken against the concerned department.
