April 28, 2015 DIVISION MEMORANDUM No. 37, s. 2015 DIVISION IMPLEMENTATION OF 2015 BRIGADA ESKWELA To: Division Chiefs, EPS & District Supervisors Elementary & Secondary School Principals Head Teachers, Department Heads Teacher-In-Charge, Officer-In-Charge District FPTA Presidents 1. The Nationwide 2015 Brigada Eskwela shall be conducted in all schools on May 18-23, 2015 per DepEd Memorandum No. 41, s. 2015 dated April 23,2015. 2. The Division Kick-Off Ceremony will be held at Batangas 2 Elementary School, Mariveles District to be participated in by Education Stakeholders, SDS, ASDS, Division Chiefs, SEPS, EPS’s, PSDS of the host district, Elementary & Secondary Teachers, Elementary and Secondary School Principals, Pupils and Students of Mariveles Only. 3. Each district, including the secondary schools, will hold a separate and joint parade/caravan/motorcade that will start at 7:00 o’clock in the morning at their district/school levels. The final destination of the caravan/parade should be in school where a simple opening program shall be held. 4. Wearing of Brigada Eskwela T-shirts and posting of tarpaulins are encouraged. 5. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged to local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 6. All DepEd employees are encouraged to extend utmost assistance in the success of this activity. (See item No. 6 of DepEd Memo No. 41, s. 2015). 7. Attached are the BE forms 1 and 1.1 (Nos. 2-A, 2-B, 2-C) and Reminders for Principals or School Heads in the implementation of Brigada Eskwela 2015. 8. Deadline for submission of the Brigada Eskwela Accomplishment Report to this Office using the above stated forms is on May 29, 2015. 9. Wide dissemination of this Memorandum is enjoined. TARCILA P.
