Dear Mr. Stroud:
January 27, 1976
Re: Minor land division APN 517-05-053 19+ acres East side Sanborn Road Santa Clara County CA
Thank you for the pleasure of our studying this land parcel for your proposed development and use.
This letter is a summary 9f the findings, conclusions, and. recommendations; as sU:ch part of the report.
Your sites:. are dee.med suitable for the construct ion of. two homes with a mutual access roadway from Sanborn Road, usi:ng a private bridge across Sanborn Creek
All structures should be engineered in design. A g factor of 0.25 acceleration should be used in design, applying to living quarters, from a geologic and seismic viewpoint.
No fault trace was found within the planned homes area, based on our geologic, seismic, and reference searching; correlated to the two seismic refraction survey lines.
Mr. Rogers E. Johnson, graduate geologis~ worked with me in the field and report phases.
Please call me if there are any further questions, at your convenience.
Respectfully yours;
