The Diversity Wheel illustrates the various aspects of each one of our diverse qualities. Please select the tabs on the right to view the Diversity Wheel and explore more about each main aspect.

Personality – Includes our likes, dislikes, values and beliefs. This is greatly influenced by the outer circles of the wheel surrounding us.

Internal Dimensions – Aspects of Diversity which we have no control over and are most visible. Some may change over time; i.e. age and ability/disability.

External Dimensions – Aspects of diversity which we have some control over and can make decisions on. This is the aspect of diversity where most of our relationships reside.

Organizational Dimensions – Aspects of culture found in a work setting. Issues of preferential treatment and opportunities for development by the aspects of this layer.
