    Connor’s proposed transfer to the diocese. The Camden, N.J., priest had been arrested forsexually abusing a 14-year-old boy. Bishop Bevilacqua’s handwritten notation reads: “I

    cannot guarantee there is no serious risk. AJB 9/17/85.” GJ-988
