Survey Instructions

To access the DTTS Survey, go to www.rotary7570.orgNext, click on the ‘Register’ tab at the top of the page.

Click on DTTS on the Register Tab

Once on the DTTS Registration Page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link “Go to the DTTS Survey”.

Once on the 2012 District Team Training Survey site, there are four (4) areas of questions.If you do not complete the survey in one sitting you can click the ‘Done’ button at the bottom of the page and return later to finish.
