9:15 - 10:15 Saturday mornings at the Easy Does It Club.
Have you ever wondered why your group has a GSR? Did the ear-
ly AA meetings even have GSRs?
Did you ever wonder why our founders Bill W and Dr Bob and
friends created the position of GSR and the entire General Service
Conference? Do you know what the GSC is? Or Districts or Areas
or Trustees or even what the GSR does for AA? Would you like to
know a bit more, are you interested in getting involved and giving
back in service to AA? This is a topic meeting. We will read short
segments from the A.A. Service Manual including the 12 Con-
cepts, followed by a group sharing discussion on that topic. We
will not be going in a front cover to back cover order, feel free to
drop in on any meeting. There are generous souls with a wealth
of AA service experience who will join us a guests on occasion to
share their experience with AA service. Bring your AA Service
Manual if you have one. There will be a few copies to share at the
meeting.

We each are traveling our own, very special path in this life. At times our paths run paral-lel to each other. On occasion they may inter-sect. But we do all have a common destina-tion: knowledge of life's meaning. & we'll ar-rive at knowledge when we've arrived at the mountain's summit, separately & yet togeth-er. ?
Your positive, creative, loving thoughts hold a tremen-dous power, far greater than you realise, for thoughts are power. Therefore banish all negative thoughts. Always look on the bright side of life, for the more joy and love you radiate, the more joy and love will you draw to you. Love all those souls around you, for you will find every-one responds to love in the end. Children and animals re-spond immediately because they have no barriers to pull down. They feel that love flow instinctively, for they are not suspicious of wrong motives and intentions, but simply accept and respond to love and return it joyously; whereas so often adults are suspicious and imagine that there must be some ulterior motive. Never allow suspi-cion of your motives to close your heart towards anyone. When those motives are pure and genuine let the love flow in full force until all barriers have been knocked down. Love is the key to life. You hold that key within you.
