Company’s history

AKRkids is a company with

more than 30 years of experience in the fashion industry.

As a result of that experience, the brand akr was created in 1998 with one main purpose: offering an original kids fashion brand, carefully crafted at

competitive prices. Since that very moment a team integrated by enthusiastic professionals has been working in order to position our styles in many leading

stores worldwide.

In 2010 our brand for the newborn -birdnap- saw the light of day.

Also in 2010 we began to develop an additional business line offering retail chains a service integrated by customized design and on-site supply chain

management. For this purpose we have even provided differentiated and dedicated brands to our customers.

akr stands for a style that does not compromise comfort as

much as for a cheerful elegance. birdnap, our youngest brand, focused on newborn, is lovingly conceived based on

the finest fabrics for the baby’s delicate skin.

We want to transmit and share a way of understanding childhood as something happy, spontaneous and enjoyable -for both the children and those who surround them. These are the fundamental points that drive the message which

accompanies each of our brands.

Exclusive distribution

Written exclusive distribution agreement within an specific territory.

Minimum 15,000 pieces delivered per season.

Sliding discount scale, depending on each season delivered volume, between 20% and 30% off the price list.

Collection samples provided with a 50% discount. Their delivery will be freight collected.

Deadline for order cancelation is end April/October respectively.

Sales Ex-Works our warehouse in Terrassa (Barcelona).

100% confirmed and irrevocable L/C at 90 days from delivery date. L/C to be opened on proforma

invoice reception 20 days before delivery date.
