Artificial Eye look like quite a good distribution company to use as they seem to have quite low budgeted films.

Icon Film DistributionIcon film one of the UK's leading independent distributors . Formed in 1999, they release over 15 films theatrically each year

Their films don’t seem to have huge budgets but they do produce films with people who have quite big names(Dominic Cooper) I don’t think my film would be used withThis distribution company because it is very lowBudget.

<Resistance

Their films seem quitelow budgeted and unknown and they do cover many areas of film and televisionDistribution. They look like a good company to use becauseThey are so low budgeted.

Metrodome’s overall theatrical gross in the first 8 months of 2010 was over £2 million*, with overall DVD sales of 920,000 units**.

Momentum

Momentum seem like a group who do quite large budgeted films but they do vary quite a lot and I have also looked at films that they are distributing in the future so they do seem to distribute quite a few films in a year and not all are well known

Optimum releasing

Optimum are the distribution company that I am the most likely to use as they have low budgeted films, they also distributed submarine and kill list which are films that I have looked in to which would go very well with my work. They do distribute a couple of larger films but the majority are quite small however they are films that most ages of people could watch.

Pathe Distribution

Pathe haven't really made many new films but they do have a couple for 2012. I don’t think this is a company that I could look at because by looking at the films they have distributed, mine wouldn’t really belong.

Soda Pictures

I like this distribution company because they seem to distribute quite a few “niche” films that look quite artistic, they are all pretty low budgeted as well which would mean they would be a good company to use in my work

Verve Pictures

With this distribution company I found that most of their films were very drama based so they probably wouldn’t suit my film as mine is thriller.
