Born and brought up in Dalhousie-Himachal Pradesh-India our

Executive Sous Chef Suraj boasts a Bachelor’s degree from IHM

Gurdaspur-Punjab-India.

Starting as a Kitchen Management Trainee at the Intercontinental

Grand in New Delhi Suraj has travelled and worked at some of the

most prestigious restaurants, such as opening a new restaurant Zafran

with Celebrity Chef Atul Kochhar, Suraj also found himself working

with Celebrity Chef Vikas Khanna, in the pre-opening as Head Chef of

Junoon Dubai, where he further developed his skills.
