CNG vehicles requires greater amount of space for fuel storage than conventional gasoline powered vehicles.Since

it is a compressed gas, rather than a liquid like gasoline,CNG takes up more space for each gasoline

gallon equivalent(GGE)

CNG natural gas vehicles (NGV) cost more than the gasoline or diesel version of the

same car.

DISADVANTAGES

CNG powered natural gas vehicles often have a shorter range than their

gasoline/diesel counterparts.
