The Gaspardo seeding element for simplifi ed sowing can be equipped to

answer diff erent applicati on needs. Seeding depth is adjusted where the seeds are dropped. This together with the independent closing wheel allows to set sowing depth with a high precision even on very irregular terrains. The ferti lizer is mixed together with seeds to opti mize its eff ecti veness.The mud scrapers fi tt ed with anti -wearing WIDIA profi le allow to keep the discs and the sowing limiter perfectly clean, reducing maintenance down to zero.

Il brevett ato sistema by-pass garanti sce l’uniformità di distribuzione anche in condizioni diffi cili come semina in collina o distribuzione di grandi volumi di semi ad alto peso specifi co come per la semina del riso.

Il fl usso d’aria creato dalla soffi ante (A) viene convogliato al sistema Venturi (B) dove il seme si inserisce nel condott o di distribuzione (C). L’impianto è caratt erizzato da due by-pass laterali (D) che recuperano la sovrappressione sfruttandola nella zona di miscelazione (E) per aumentare la turbolenza: aria e semi perfett amente miscelati vengono quindi uniformemente riparti ti nelle diverse fi le di semina (F). La soluzione garanti sce un miglioramento del 20% nell’uniformità d’investi mento (G).

The patented by-pass system guarantees distributi on uniformity, even in very diffi cult conditions such as sowing on a hill or distributi ng great volumes of high weight density seeds, for example when sowing rice.

The air fl ow generated by the fan (A) is conveyed in the Venturi system (B) where seeds get into the distributi on pipe.The system is fi tt ed with two side by-passes (D) which recover the blowing pressure in excess, using it in the mixing pipe (E) to increase turbulence: air and seeds are perfectly mixed together and evenly distributed among the mushroom distributi on head outlets (F). This design guarantees a 20% improvement in investment uniformity (G).

Studiato per la semina su grandi estensioni, il modello Elefante si pone al verti ce della gamma per prestazioni ed autonomia. La tramoggia trainata, posizionata posteriormente all’unità di semina garanti sce otti ma visibilità sugli elementi dalla cabina di guida. Il telaio pieghevole in tre sezioni, dotato di sistema di compensazione pneumati co, consente una semina uniforme anche su terreni molto irregolari e rende possibile il trasporto su strada.

Designed for sowing on large areas, the Elefante model is top of the line for performance and autonomy. The carted hopper towed behind the seeding frame allows great visibility of sowing units from driver cab. The three secti ons foldable frame fi tt ed with nitrogen accumulators allows uniform seeding even on very uneven terrains and to transport the drill on road.
