Oscar Barros – OB & HR Area

Oscar Barros is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with varied experience in
consultancy, research and teaching. He has served as a faculty member at the Administrative Staff
College of India, Hyderabad where he undertook a research project for UNDP on Export Competiveness
in SE Asia and published a book on this study in 1999. He taught courses in Management at the Rutgers
Business School in New Jersey, USA between 2000 and 2004. His areas of interest are Business Policy
and Strategy, Marketing Research, International Business, Organizational behavior and Project
Management.
