I understand that by completing the Caring for the Elderly Review Questions below, I have met the annual training requirements under our parish’s Safe Environment Program. This document certifies that I have reviewed the training guide, Caring for the Elderly, and that I agree to adhere to the Safe Environment Program policies and practices for volunteers and staff.
