An “all declining balance” plan is a dining debit account that may be used at all dining locations, concessions and campus Outtakes convenience stores

Unused balance carries over to until the end of last summer session of the academic year the plan was purchased.

If your 49er ID Card is lost or stolen, you should suspend the use of your card online as soon as possible using 49er Card Online.

You can also report a lost or stolen card in person or by telephone to the ID Office (704-687-7040) or the 49er Card Office (704-687-7337) during normal business hours of 8 am to 5 pm. If after hours, report the lost or stolen card to your RA or the Campus Police (704-687-2200).
