Use of IT to make adoption transparent and hassle-free through our upgraded CARINGS. Recently, we held one Master Training Programme and also other regional meetings. We have initiated this Newsletter so that we are more in touch with each other and our readers have updated information on all our activities. Despite being a small organization we are striving hard to achieve our objectives in as transparent manner as possible. We request the help and co-operation of all our partners. ” From the desk of secretary (cara) “CARA and adoption are number one on my priority list. I have zero tolerance for delays in the process of adoption and we are continuously working towards bringing down the time taken in the adoption process to four months. Soon, we will have fostering coming in. We also have revamped CARINGS to make it more interactive. District Child Protection Units (DCPUs) are going to play a crucial role in the new system as the supporting agency to all the adoption agencies.” Smt.
