• Nikolaj Frederik Severin Grundtvig (1783 –1872). He was one of the most influential people in Danish history and the founder of modern adult education.
• The common denominator of all Grundtvig's pedagogical efforts was to promote a spirit of freedom, poetry and disciplined creativity, within all branches of educational life.

• Knowing other ways of working and new experiences as well as increasing the professional and personal competence of the project stakeholders
Objectives • Increasing cooperation and knowledge by sharing the experiences of the partners • Identifying and disseminating existing digital tools through a common platform • Improving the process of receiving, monitoring and mentoring adults learners in a digital
classroom • Decreasing the dropout of adult learners by motivating them using innovative tools in their
training • Exploring and analyzing technical solutions for e-learning and e-learning pedagogies in and
out of the classroom in different educational situations • Developing initiatives aiming at the flexibility of the system of vocational and adult training in
order to make jobs and personal life compatible with the studies • Sharing innovations, research and good practices in the field of pedagogical models in adult
education • Outlining possible staff policies concerning tuition and coaching in e-learning • Disseminating the collected information and conclusions on our platform • Publishing and sharing the results with our local educational authorities • Improving the quality and accessibility of mobility throughout Europe • Intensifying active participation in society and developing civic and critical thinking
